Camera image does not show up in Main Console (IP Surveillance)


When you add a camera to the 16-channel NVR, everything works fine, but at the end no camera video is shown.

1. The screen displays the normal connecting message.
Connecting ...

2. The message disappears, but no video is shown.

Normally, if you connect to a camera and an error has occured, e.g., the wrong address has been entered, the screen would display the message "Disconnect," as shown below:



Your computer may not have the .NET framework installed.The .NET framework 3.5 is requiredby the 16-channel NVR software. If it is not installed on your system, proceed as outlined below.

  1. Uninstall the IP Surveillance software.
  2. Install .NET framework version 3.5 (
  3. Reinstall the IPSurveilance software.
  4. Done. The camera video should now display in the software.
